ARK Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. (ARK) was founded in 2009 in Hong Kong.

The main business is the research and development, design, production, installation, commissioning and global maintenance

of air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and fire protection systems(HVAC) in the marine industry.

At present, it has conducted business with almost all the first-line shipyards in China, such as Jiangnan, Hudong, China

Merchants Heavy Industry, COSCO Heavy Industry, Raffles, Yangzijiang and so on.

We have business relations with many domestic and foreign shipowners, such as: CMA CGM, MSC, Seaspan, COSCO, etc.

ARK provides first-class design, high quality products, and timely and considerate service to customers in the global field.

ARK HVAC & Ref (Kunshan) co.,Ltd. was established in March 2024 and is a branch factory of ARK in Suzhou.

ARK HVAC & R (Kunshan) obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate on July 29, 2024.

The products it manactures have successively obtained certificates from many classification societies, such as DNV, BV, LR, CCS, ABS, etc.

The core team of ARK is composed of experienced maritime engineers, ranging from excellent service engineers commended by Jiangnan

Shipyard to technical managers who have worked in the marine air conditioning field for nearly 30 years.

So far, ARK has provided equipment or services for over 3000 ships.
